This is not what you would expect from a restaurant located inside a hotel.  Guests are lavished with the finest culinary delicacies showcasing seasonal ingredients, classic and contemporary favorites, and an award-winning wine list.  One of the best meals we have had in a long time.

The Endive Salad with Watercress, Grapes, Apples, Smoky Blue Cheese, Caramelized Walnuts and White Balsamic Vinaigrette, Spring Melons and Crab Salad with Coriander and Port Wine, Asparagus Gratin served with Brown Butter, Lemon Confit, Panko Bread Crumbs, Frisee, a Poached Egg and Shaved Parmesan, Kansas City Steak paired with a Double Stuffed Baked Potato, Roasted Asparagus and Peppercorn Sauce and a Rootbeer Float Martini

You can learn the tricks of the trade from the Executive Chef by spending the day cooking a complete menu for your friends with them. They take you behind the scenes and create a five-course meal for yourself and seven friends in one of their professional kitchens.  After choosing your menu in consultation with the Chef, a professional kitchen team will come out and assist you in preparing your meal.  Then it’s off to the dining room to greet your friends and enjoy the five-course meal you just created!
