The dining scene in Las Vegas is so diverse these days that foodies leave wanting more. You need multiple visits to Las Vegas just to figure out how to include all the great restaurants into your trip. I am a huge fan of the Sushi Roku located inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace so on the next night we nabbed a reservation and headed over. This trip to Sushi Roku was different from my past experience in Santa Monica. This time we let the Chef take full control. By doing this we tried a variety of items, some that we would never dare order are now a must when we return. Sometimes venturing out of your comfort zone is a great thing! For starters we had a Black Truffle Tempura Handroll, Filet Mignon Wrapped Asparagus and a Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll. Once the appetizers were out of the way the Chef brought us a Rainbow Roll on Steroids with a presentation so good looking we didn’t want to ruin it. The diverse menu offers an array of hot and cold specialty appetizers and an extensive selection of exotic entrees. Overall an outstanding meal and a job well done. Our hats went off to the Chef!
