Featured appetizers include the Lambs Club Bucatini with Crab, Calabrian Chili, Saffron and San Marzano Tomato; and Country Style Pork Terrine with Jicama, Mustard Seed and Chanterelle Mushrooms. Main dishes will include a Roasted Heritage Turkey Breast complete with Glazed Turkey Leg, Celery Root, Barley and Cranberry-Turkey Jus; Roasted Diver Scallops with Fennel, Grapes, Cauliflower and Pine Nuts; and Red Wine Glazed Beef Short Rib featuring Yukon Gold Potato, Braised Swiss Chard and Horseradish.
