Don’t miss the Bats
One of Austin’s main tourist draws is a natural phenomenon where one can pay witness to thousands of bats flying from underneath the Congress Avenue bridge. After the sun sets the bats begin to make their move and then it happens, in one instance thousands of bats pour out and cascade over Lady Bird Lake.
